Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
House Of Babas follows a strict return policy as most of its T-shirts are custom made for individual orders, therefore we do not encourage returns unless they come under the following issues-
● Product is defective
● Size issues
● Quality issues i.e. not in optimum condition when delivered
● Print issues
● Wrong product
Returns are acceptable only and only if they come under one of these.
However, you can mail to us at email@example.com and we will look into your case and consider it if need arises. If the reason is found to be truly genuine, we’d gladly accept the product back.
Order can be returned generally within 7 days of order received. Please ensure packaging and tag of product is intact while returning. Clothes shouldn’t be used or worn. We do not encourage used clothes for several reasons, one of them being hygiene of customers.
If our team approves your request of return, then we will arrange a pickup to your address in 2-3 days. Pickup details will be mailed further on.
There might be a slight chance we might not be able to arrange a pickup for your returned order then we would request you to self-ship it.

More details will be notified to you via mail. As soon as the order is received, a refund will be initiated.
Note: We recommend using India Speed Post Service as a courier service for self-shipping as it is cheaper compared to other private speed post services. We will return Rs.100 to you as a compensation for bearing the courier charges after your returned order reaches us. Also, you need to email the courier receipt and order id to our mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can cancel the order till it is in the processing state. We will not take any cancellation requests once the order is packed, shipped or dispatched. You can place a cancellation request from your House Of Babas login dashboard or mail us at our mail id: email@example.com. Our team will look into your request and try their best to resolve your issues.
Again, we do not encourage order cancellations as our smart products are custom created for individual orders.

Refunds for Returned packages:
Once our team has received the return package we will check for the contents and initiate a refund if found in proper condition. The product amount will be transferred to your bank account after approval from our inspection team. If the product doesn’t comply with our returns inspection then we will ship it back to you. All communications regarding this will be done via email.
Refunds for Cancelled packages:
If the order is cancelled before processing, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for Special cases:
- Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, the refund will be initiated.
- Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or send a refund into the bank account.
